WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To clean, simply shake out excess food and treats and reuse again.

To wash, clean with a hose and alow to dry before using Snuffle Mutt again

Do not place rubber mat into washing machine for longer lasting use
SNUFFLE MUTT USE
A snuffle Mutt as with other enrichment items that you provide to you dog, should be placed on the ground for your dog to search for the food and treats you have placed in there.

Once the dog has finished searching, I would recommend that the snuffle mutt be removed from your dog to prevent boredom chewing of the product.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Should a product be faulty when received, Training Mutts will replace the item free of charge. (Faulty products my be described as ripped, torn or not in its original condition as advertised when sold).

Any product that is damaged by a dog or once in the clients hands is not able to be refunded.

All products are checked to ensure there are no faults prior to passing on to the client.

Any item may be returned to Training Mutts as long as it in in the original condition as sold. This includes no ripped packaging or any use of product.

Training Mutts reserves the right to check all products before issuing a refund or return
